We collect and hold information only so that we can deal with enquires and sales and occasionally relevant marketing. We do not share your information with any 3rd party and our website is secured with HTTPS.

Arrange a studio visit form

If you fill out our ‘studio visit form’ we will keep your details so that we can best deal with your enquiry and arrange your studio visit. We will use this to contact and have ongoing correspondence with you and may occasionally email you about our business in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on mitch@mitchpilkington.com. 

Purchasing via our website

We collect your contact and billing address and payment information to process your order and collect the monies.

We hold your contact details. We use this to fulfil our agreement with you and have ongoing correspondence where necessary and may occasionally email you about our work in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on mitch@mitchpilkington.com.

We do not hold your payment details. All payment information is encrypted for the payment purpose and we then do not hold any 'user accounts', credit or debit card information. This information is processed by Stripe.

Sign up to our newsletter

If you fill out our ‘newsletter sign up’ form we collect your name, email address and preferences and will email you information about upcoming exhibitions and events, you may unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on mitch@mitchpilkington.com.

Third party integration

My website uses third party services to help us manage and promote our website. Our analytics are provided by Google Analytics and Squarespace and contain anonymous data, our mail-list is managed by Squarespace containing names and email addresses and our enquiries are managed by email.
